About this Event
Brought to you be the National Alliance on Mental Illness Northern Nevada (Washoe County) and Inutive Jen (Certified sound healer); in collaboration with The Office of Suicide Prevention to honor September as Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, we bring to you a 60-minute sound bath for any person who is seeking a new healing modality for themselves or a loved one.
No expereince required.
Bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and any other items that bring you comfort as you lay on a mat on the floor.
These items may also be provided by the Yoga Center to borrow during the sound healing experience.
