About Michelle Agudo: Michelle Agudo is a firm believer in the healing and restorative power of yoga, sound, meditation, and qigong. She approaches all she does through loving-kindness and interconnectedness. As a Master of Science Psychology graduate, and researcher, she discovered how to integrate the physical and metaphysical aspects of healing. An experienced registered yoga teacher in the Vinyasa-Ashtanga lineage with 9 years of yoga teaching and sound healing experience. She incorporates sound therapy in all her modalities of teaching, leads sound healing trainings, events, and retreats. Through her purpose she has found inner strength, and has been able to help others pave the path for themselves as well.
