WHAT TO BRING?
• Please bring a yoga mat, eye pillow, water bottle, bolster, cushion, or anything else you wish to prop yourself up with.
• Bring two comfy thin blankets/throwovers/shawls. One to place over the mat and second to pop over you.
• Dress warm and comfortable
