About this Event
Join Dayna Gralla for a therapeutic and restorative sound healing experience.
Envelop yourself in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a variety of soothing instruments as you allow your mind to drift from an active state to a relaxed and meditative state.
Please bring a pillow, blanket, and/or yoga mat, and arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can find parking and settle in. To avoid disturbing the group, the door will be closed when the session begins; latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to maintenance in the art gallery, the event will take place OFF-SITE at the Pocantico Hills Fire Department at 531 Bedford Rd, Tarrytown, NY.
