This Sound Bath actually does involve water!Float weightlessly on a hammock raft in the heated indoor pool of Sandy Shores as Beth guides you on a relaxing journey using the soothing sounds of Quartz Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and drums. Beth will also be joining you in the water as she plays the Tibetan singing bowls around you as you float!
The heated pool, relaxing hot tub and the sauna will be available for use. Doors open at 5:15pm to allow time to get settled in. The 60 minute sound bath will begin at 5:30pm. Everyone will have a chance to experience the singing bowls up close in the water.

What to Bring:
For this session you WILL need a BATHING SUIT and don't forget a TOWEL!
What's provided:
Hammock rafts and pool noodles are available for use.
Feel free to bring your own flotation device if you prefer.

**PLEASE NOTE** Even though this is an indoor pool the event is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if lightning is detected in the area. Any cancellations/rescheduling of the event will be posted on Facebook and a text/email will be sent.
