As you’re suspended in a comfortable and spacious cradle, you will first embark on a transformative 9D Breathwork journey focused on cleansing and activating your energy centers and then, bathe in sound, light and love.
Helping to cultivate a profound sense of peace, and tranquility for your mind, body, and soul. Whilst letting go of the blocks block your creativity & flow.
But that's not all! By integrating a harmonious synergy of transformative elements such as somatic breathwork, 9D sound, hypnotic suggestion, subliminal messaging, and a diverse range of healing frequencies.
These elements work together to nurture a deep sense of balance, empowerment, and calm. 🎶🎼🎵
Finally, melt away any lingering stress or tension during our deeply restorative sound journey, using the power of sound using crystal bowls, gongs, drumming, chimes and reiki energy and gentle touch (optional) we guide you through a healing journey.
