✨New Event✨ 'Sound Circles' at The Shed in Aberdare
Come join us as we sing, chant and play a variety of instruments on the 7th February with our first
Sound Circle.
Join the rhythmic beat of drums and percussion uniting together with sound.
Use your voice or instruments to become one with the beat or if you wish, relax and and deeply immerse yourself in the diversity of vibrations created.
Studies have shown that playing and listening to music has many beneficial advantages.
Varying from physical, emotional, cognitive and social health.
Workshops can help people express themselves, reduce stress, gain confidence and also improve memory.
