sound check: full moon mindfulness
join christine for a trauma sensitive sound meditation to check in + connect with your breath. welcome the energy of the full moon to your practice with an option to set an intention for the evening and/or journal. these sessions offer a nurturing, grounding space for rest and deep listening.
christine came to yoga and meditation as part of her own healing journey—following the loss of her mother to cancer and navigating the impacts of personal trauma, her practice is guided by compassion, lived experience, and a belief in the power of slowing down to reconnect with the body, spirit, and community.

-cozy layers for sitting, moving, or lying down

All-levels are welcome.
