Sound Bowl ~ Free Yoga Session

This deeply therapeutic one-hour session blends gentle yoga movement with the resonant, healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, held in the nurturing setting of The WOW Flower Project garden.

Rooted in nature and surrounded by growing things, you’ll stretch, breathe, and allow layers of tension—physical, emotional, and energetic—to melt away. 🌱
