Experience the calming and restorative power of SoundBowl Breathing & Healing with Aimee Miller. This monthly session combines deep, mindful breathing with the soothing tones of sound bowls to help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support healing of the body and soul.
Sound therapy has been shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and bring mental clarity and emotional balance. Each session offers a peaceful and welcoming space to unwind, recharge, and connect inward.
No experience needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to relax.
