Come join Sacred Sisters Wellness for a relaxing evening of sound healing and meditation at our event located at 95 Jack Benny Dr . Let the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls wash over you as you unwind and find inner peace. Our guided meditation will help you release stress and tension, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered. Buffalo drums, rain stick, ocean drums, chakra toners, steel tongue drums, chimes, and more also used. Make sure to arrive by 6:45 to have time to settle in and get comfortable before we begin. Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket for your comfort. Dress cozy and comfortable. Eyemasks provided. Tissues provided.
