About the Instructors:
Jonathan De Leon, Sound Meditation Teacher:
Since 2010, Jonathan De Leon has been teaching meditation with Tibetan singing bowls and gongs at various yoga studios, medical, wellness, and retreat centers to assist others toward their own personal growth and self-development. With these ancient instruments, he seeks to create richly dynamic and interactive soundscapes that provide an ideal environment from which to practice meditation and cultivate the skills necessary for maintaining one’s own personal sense of happiness, meaning, and well-being.

Brie Michalik, Yoga & Meditation Teacher:
Brie feels fortunate to have discovered the gifts of Yoga early on, and is grateful for her Yoga Leaders who helped to guide and progress her practice. Brie provides a mixed bag of tricks to her Yoga flow. She began her Yoga practice in 2000 through meditation. The first time she participated in a vinyasa class she was twelve years old, and specifically remembers enjoying crow pose during that class.
Today she works as an ACSM certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Brie completed her 200hr-YTT at Soul Tree School of Yoga in 2014.
Her classes provide a mindful approach to movement. Brie encourages a balance of effort and ease, both physically and spiritually.
