We’ve Moved the Music! Sound Bite Sessions Now on Saturdays!Sound Bite Sessions is a live music collaboration between Centre City and Taranaki Singer-Songwriters.
These FREE events provide an opportunity to enjoy captivating music while bringing the community together and promoting original local talent in the arts and entertainment scene.
Each 60-minute performance will celebrate shared stories and the unique essence of Taranaki through the voices and words of local singer-songwriters.

🎸Toby Alva Band 🎸
New Plymouth singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Toby Alva brings some of his friends from his six-piece band to Sound Bite Sessions for an alt-rock and modern indie-psychedelic set, fuelled by soaring harmonies and tasteful arrangements. To celebrate the upcoming release of his debut album Water Off a Duck’s Back, Toby and his friends will share a stripped back, acoustic-style performance of dynamic original tunes that move from intimate to anthemic - showcasing the heart and grit of some of Taranaki’s finest.
Soundbite Sessions take place on the first Saturday of every month, Level 2, Entertainment Space, Centre City
