These weekly sound bath sessions are your invitation to slow down, release, and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.
Using the healing vibrations of quartz crystal sound bowls, calming chimes, and guided meditation, youβll be gently guided into deep relaxation and energetic reset.
No experience necessary, just come as you are.

Release the pressure to be perfect. This session invites you to gently embrace yourself flaws, fatigue, and all through loving sound.

- 60-minute immersive sound experience
- Bring your own Yoga mats and blankets
(we will have a couple of extra, available first come, first serve) - Small group setting for personal attention and ease
- Soothing atmosphere with soft lights and intentional soundscape
- Time for integration and reflection
