This 60-minute Sound Relaxation Experience in Worthing is your chance to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself through the calming power of Tibetan singing bowls, wind gong, and other grounding instruments.
There’s no talking, no pressure, and no need to “be” anything – just a relaxed, welcoming space and a guided sound experience that soothes your nervous system, eases emotional overload, and supports you in letting go – even if your mind is constantly buzzing.
Whether it’s your first time or you’ve attended before, no two sessions are ever the same.
Some leave feeling deeply rested. Others walk away lighter, clearer – and many report the best night’s sleep they’ve had in ages.
You don’t have to perform. You don’t have to share.
Just lie back, breathe, and let the sound do the work.
💭 This Session Is Ideal If You:
- Constantly feel wired, anxious, or burned out
- Crave stillness but can’t quiet your thoughts
- Are neurodivergent, emotionally sensitive, or often overstimulated

🧘♀️ What to Bring
- A yoga mat this will be your base for the session
- A blanket and cushion to stay warm and supported
- A water bottle (rehydration after deep relaxation is highly recommended)
- Anything else that helps you feel grounded and cosy – eye mask, hoodie, or your own bolster (bolsters available if needed)
If you forget something, don’t stress – we’ve got extras. Comfort comes first.🧘♀️

🙋♂️ About Your Host – Del
I’m a trained Sound Relaxation Practitioner based in West Sussex, with additional qualifications in Trauma-Informed and Somatic Sound Therapy.
I understand how the body holds stress – and how sound can gently support emotional release, calm the nervous system, and help you feel safe again in your own body.
My sessions are mixed and inclusive, and most attendees are women – but I’m also passionate about creating space for men, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who’s never quite felt at home in typical wellness settings.
You won’t be judged. You won’t be put on the spot.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Alongside these monthly group sessions, I also offer:
- 1:1 Sound Relaxation treatments
- Couples and small private group sessions
Available in both Worthing and Littlehampton.

- Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy

- Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to a friend if you can’t attend
