Rose and Jen are coming together to create a magical healing afternoon at The Yoga Center, Reno. Join us for a healing sound bath, where you will also be guided through restorative yoga postures and receiving massage!
The Yomassage experience is a small group class that combines breathwork and a guided mindfulness meditation with restorative postures. All while receiving hands-on massage therapy, and during a powerful sound bath. For the sound bath, Jen will vocals, gongs, drums, chimes, harmonium, and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set.
This unique approach to wellness provides the ultimate relaxation experience and will be facilitated by:

Jen Haddix: Cerified Sound Healer, 200 RYT and Reiki 1&2 Practitioner
