About this Event
Join Yogini Libby Balsiger of Beach Yoga Life & Sound Healer Grace Oh on the sands of Marina Del Rey Beach at Fleet St. They will be creating a collective restorative yin yoga session.
Libby will be grounding and unwinding the class with restorative yin yoga poses intended to release tension and stress in the body.
Grace will be accompanying the gentle yoga class with a Reiki-infused restorative sound bath.
Items to Bring:
- Layers of clothing and a hat, large towel and mat
- Eye mask, cloth or small towel to cover your eyes
- Bottle of water
- Beach umbrella or shade tent
- Sunscreen
*Please give yourself time to find parking and arrive 10 minutes early to set up your nest
Park near 3618 Pacific Ave (free) or in the Venice Pier parking lot (paid)
Walk to Fleet St. in Marina del Rey (see map) look for the tent with rainbow colors
