Sound Bath with Yoga Nidra

We are excited to welcome Michelle with YUJ Yoga to our studio for a radiant crystal sound bath. The soothing vibrations of each bowl will fill the space and a yoga nidra meditation will be shared to promote overall ease and relaxation. Participants will be lying down for majority of the session and no experience is needed. We recommend bringing a mat, eye pillow, blanket, friend, and an open heart.
