This month’s sound bath is offered with the intention of gratitude and community—a gentle invitation to honor the abundance already present in our lives. We’ll create space to recognize the gift of this present moment, to appreciate the connections we share with one another, and to celebrate the beauty of gathering together in collective intention.Through the healing vibrations of sound and the inspirational setting of the museum, participants are encouraged to cultivate thankfulness not only for what we have, but for who we are alongside recognizing that we are part of something larger than ourselves. In this shared experience, gratitude becomes both a personal practice and a communal offering.
We encourage you to enjoy the museum galleries and gardens at your own pace afterwards. Please take a moment to visit our bookstore and sign our guestbook at the end of your experience.
We invite guests to bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or blanket as well as any pillows, blocks and bolster they may need to reach a comfortable and meditative plane. Please note, no food or beverages (apart from water) are allowed in the museum galleries.
