Join Becky for this nurturing evening of sound in the wonderful community setting of St Leonards, Spital.During the Sound Baths, Becky utilises a unique blend of crystalline sound bowls and her voice to guide you into harmony. The vibrations from Becky's instruments soothe both body and mind and promote a nourishing relaxation response, making way for deeper healing and restoration.
At the end of the sound bath, you are invited to stay for a cup of tea and chat.

We recommend wearing something you feel comfortable and cosy in.
This sound journey isn't suitable for those with epilepsy, pacemakers with severe mental health problems or those in their first trimester of pregnancy.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
*A limited number of yoga mats are available for those who do not own one. Please let us know before the event if you wish to borrow one.
