In the fast pace of London life, find solace and restoration through the power of sound, vibration, and breath. Join us for an immersive journey into deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

During this immersive, full-body listening experience, you’ll be invited to close your eyes and rest, as different sounds and frequencies are introduced in succession. This 60-minute journey begins with a brief, guided meditation directing your focus to the breath and preparing your body to receive the transformational and deeply nourishing benefits of sound from crystal bowls, the gong, chimes, and other instruments.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask to fully relax. If you don't have all of them, a combination will suffice. Limited mats are available, but blankets may be shared.
About the session leader, Nancy Trueman:
Nancy is a certified practitioner in yoga, sound baths, and sound healing, with a special focus on hatha, aerial, and restorative yoga. With over 22 years of experience in Asia, including 15 years in China and Hong Kong, Nancy brings ancient wisdom to her sessions, creating a relaxing and restorative experience.
Nancy is registered with Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Therapists as a Sound Therapist, offering small group and private sessions out of her studio off Regent’s Street. With a Master’s in Art Business and Management from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Nancy combines her expertise in wellness with her passion for holistic living.
