Saturday Sound Bath and Kava Club Social Hour

Bring your mom to celebrate Mother's Day weekend with this unique experience.
Join us for relaxing and restorative sound at Kava Club.
You will enjoy the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
Sound sessions can help you release tension, quiet the mind, and prepare you for a peaceful weekend ahead.
Stay for social hour after class to mingle, enjoy kava, a useful tool for muscle relaxation, grounding and sociability! Kava Club offers other beverages and food as well.

Be sure to include time to find parking.
What to Bring:
- Yoga or camping mat
- Blanket and pillow (for extra comfort)
- Water bottle
- Eye Mask Optional
What to wear:
- Comfy and warm clothing
Sliding Scale Donations:
Suggested donation levels: pay what you can, sliding scale 15/ 25/ 35.

We recommend reserving your spot early, as space is limited to 25 participants and our events fill quickly!
Health Notes: This class is not recommended for anyone with a pacemaker. If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor before attending.

- If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to allow someone else to join.
- Be sure to allow extra time for parking to arrive on time and get settled.
