Embrace the power of sound
In this soothing sound bath, you’ll be gently bathed in sound waves from singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments guiding you into a state of deep rest and renewal.
Whether you're feeling stressed, low on energy, or just in need of stillness, this session supports your mind, body, and nervous system. No experience needed - just lie back, get comfortable, and let the sound take you there.
What to Wear
Wear loose, comfortable clothes you can fully relax in.
What to Bring
Yoga mats are provided. Please bring a pillow or two and a blanker to help you feel supported and cosy.
You’re welcome to bring any extra items that will make you feel more comfortable.
What to Expect
We'll begin with a gentle introduction and a brief breath-focused meditation. Then, you'll experience a restorative sound journey with various instruments. The session ends with a short grounding exercise, leaving you calm, clear, and rested.
- Doors open 10 minutes before the session begins.
- Doors close promptly at the scheduled start time. Due to the nature of the session, we’re unable to allow late entry once the sound bath begins. No refunds can be given for late arrivals.
Health Considerations – Who Might This Not Be Suitable For?
Sound healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice, but it may not be right for everyone. It’s important to honour your body and what's right for your personal circumstances.
Not suitable for:
- Individuals in the first trimester of pregnancy
If you have any of the following health concerns, please consult your healthcare professional before attending:
- Heart conditions (ie those with pacemakers)
- Sound-induced epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Tinnitus or heightened sensitivity to sound
- Severe mental health conditions
By joining a session, you acknowledge that you’re participating at your own discretion and take full responsibility for your well-being.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 7 days in advance for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable, as spaces are limited.
