Come experience the healing benefits of a live sound bath. I will be using a variety of hand hammered bowls made in Nepal from my personal collection.
Utilizing the vibrations of singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and potentially enhance physical and emotional well-being, I offer to share this listening experience with you.
The vibrations fill the space influencing brainwave activity, slowing it down to promote relaxation and reduce the body's stress response.
Sound therapies are known to help us to release emotional blockages, pent-up feelings, and promote emotional balance.
The vibrations of the metal bowls stimulate the body's natural healing processes, potentially improve circulation, as well as reducing pain and inflammation.

This is a 60 minute session, however - allow yourself extra time. Do not rush.
Feel free to ask questions or share after class.
Please drink plenty of water before attending a sound bath.
Please bring a water to hydrate yourself afterwards.
Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided if you don't have one.
