The evening will open with a short introduction to the crystal bowls. You’ll then be guided through some small, reclining movements to help the body begin to unwind. Students will then be invited into a supported savasana (a reclining position with the support of yoga props), during which Megan will guide you through a Yoga Nidra practice, a guided meditation designed to help the nervous system relax and the body move toward a state of deeper rest. Students will be left in deep relaxation while Megan plays crystal singing bowls.
The evening will close with a silent meditation to help bring balance to the system after the experience of so much sound and also allow time for personal reflection and exploration.

Space is limited. Please dress comfortably, yoga clothing is not required. Bring your yoga mat or a blanket to rest on. You may also wish to bring your own eye pillow if you have one.
