Using her voice and instruments, Jenn puts sound into the participant’s body and work to bring you to a place of relaxation so that the body, mind and spirit can begin to do their own work of healing.
The stress of daily living affects us all and can prevent us from functioning at our full potential. A sound therapy treatment provides a quiet and gentle space where we can be surrounded by harmonic sound, letting our brains “switch off” so that our bodies, minds and spirits can move to a place of greater health and well-being.
Your experience can be enjoyed while lying down or if you prefer, sitting up or in a chair.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blankets and whatever you need to make yourself comfortable!
This is a group session so there can be some unpredictability. There may be some noises/disruptions that could be distracting for first-time folks without some meditation experience.
Please contact Jennifer before registering for the Session to determine if a group or an individual experience may be more appropriate if you experience any of the following:
Self-screen:
history of active trauma, anxiety/panic or other serious mental health conditions
health conditions that may be disruptive to a sound bath
sensitivity to noises
first trimester pregnancy
fractured bones within six weeks prior to a Sound Bath
any other concerns not listed
