About this Event

Join us for a relaxing Soundbath experience at Las Vegas Athletic Club on Saturday, November 1st from 12–1 PM. The session begins with light stretching to prepare your body for deep relaxation, followed by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and gong frequencies.

No experience is required, simply bring yourself and an open mind. Please bring a yoga mat, a light blanket, and a small pillow if you prefer extra comfort. Soundbaths are a wonderful way to de-stress, relax, and release tension held in the body.

Cost: $15
All are welcome. No gym membership required.
