Join us at the Yoga Barn, Laurel Park, for a meditative experience using sound vibrations created by hand-crafted gongs and other sacred instrument. Excellent for stress, anxiety relief and relaxation. Improves sleep, promotes well-being and encourages a deeper mind-body connection.
Open to all experience levels (whether you practice yoga or not), but precautions should be taken if you struggle with any conditions linked to sound or have any metal implants.
Unfortunately, sound therapy is not suitable for the following conditions: first trimester of pregnancy, pacemaker, epilepsy; schizophrenia; or psychosis.
Bring your own yoga mat (if you have one), a blanket, pillow/cushion and anything else that might support your comfort, though we also have things you can borrow from the yoga barn.
Come along with an open mind, open heart and an intention to welcome all experiences, just as they are.
