Sound Bath with Cacao
Everything is energy, vibrating at different frequencies. Every cell, organ, and system in the body has an optimum frequency and a harmonious rate of vibration. Illness is disharmony in frequency.
Given that sound is also vibrational energy, its powerful effect on our bodies is perhaps unsurprising.
Crystal singing bowls are tuned to specific vibrational frequencies that correspond to the major energy centers of the body. They work by modulating the body’s vibrations, harmonizing them to match the vibrational sounds of the bowls.
This process has been shown to slow our brainwaves from more active beta waves to calmer alpha waves, and even into the deep sleep delta wave state. It is in these slower brain wave states where healing is available.
I love the definition of heal•ing - the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again.
Ceremonial cacao helps us to journey within. It asks us to listen and feel. We're encouraged to reflect on how we move through life. It helps us connect to our hearts, cultivate self-love, increase awareness and support us on our path.

My name is Hanna-Leena. I hold circles and sacred spaces with the intention to help people connect back to their true essence, passion, and joy. My tools are sound, meditation, breathwork, ceremonial cacao, and other plant allies.
