You’ll begin by choosing a meditation crystal to support your energy, followed by guided breathwork to center and ground. As you settle in, the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments will guide you into a deep state of rest and renewal.
Led by Sound Healer Alana Tracy, this experience is designed to help you clear energetic blocks, awaken your inner radiance, and return to yourself with ease.
