Immerse yourself in a sound bath to relax your mind, body and soul. Come and experience a unique event that focuses on your wellbeing. Your ticket includes:Guided meditation
Sound Bath
Sharing Circle (optional)
Cup of Matcha or Cacao
Mini workshop (this months is how to work with crystals)
Time to socialise & pull yourself oracle cards for guidance
There will also be cake and snacks available to purchase, as well as a range of crystals, candles, incense and crystal jewellery.
What to bring/ wear:
Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)
Water
Comfortable, warm clothes
Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional)
Journal (optional)
