NMTS is excited to host a 60-minute sound bath with Nicole Schembre, brought to you by the National Alliance on Mental Illness Northern Nevada (Washoe County).
No experience necessary!
Participants will be lying (or sitting) on the floor, so please bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and/or any other items that bring you comfort.
If you do not have a mat and would like to borrow one during the event, please select “Yes” to the question regarding borrowing a yoga mat on the sign up sheet.
