Sound Bath for Relaxation: Tune Out & Tune In
Slow down and bliss out to the sounds and vibrations of the gong and other handcrafted instruments of the ancient and modern world, as they guide you into states of deep meditation and relaxation.
Who this experience is for:
Seasoned sound-bathers and those curious to try a sound bath for the first time, everyone is welcome (please see footnote below for details of medical conditions where a sound bath is not advisable).

What to bring:
You will be lying down for the session. Please wear comfortable, warm clothes and socks so you're nice and cosy. Bring along
- a yoga mat
- blanket/s
- pillow/bolster
- bottle of water
- eye mask/pillow (not essential but a great idea)
We recommend you avoid eating a heavy meal or consuming alcohol ahead of the session.
Please be on time: entrance from 6.50pm. Please arrive in good time so you are settled and ready for a 7.00pm start. To minimise disruption we are unable to allow entry once the session begins.
Doors will close at 7.00pm: Latecomers regrettably will not be allowed entry.
No refunds for non-attendees or latecomers.
We are Illuminating Sound - Cultivating illumination of mind & body through sound. Our sessions are facilitated by Dominic, certified sound meditation practitioner. Illuminating Sound seeks to ‘spread the sound’ helping to support us all to expand our consciousness and cultivate peace within.
*Due to the unusual sound frequencies in these sessions, sound baths are not recommended for certain health conditions such as epilepsy, serious mental health conditions, synthetic medical implants (e.g. pacemaker, metal pins or joints in the body), the first trimester of pregnancy, tinnitus or extreme sensitivity to sound. If you're unsure, please always consult your medical professional first. It is your sole responsibility to consult your medical professional prior to joining a session if you have any concerns or doubts.
Scents may be sprayed in the space as part of the sensory experience. If you have any allergies please inform your sound practitioner before the session starts.
