As the winter months draw near and the days grow colder and quieter, this midday sound bath in Portland creates a warm space to rest, reset, and settle into inner stillness. We will begin with a guided EFT meditation to release tension and clear the mind, followed by a brief progressive muscle relaxation. After that, you can relax into a live melodic sound bath with crystal singing bowls, tranquility harp, and other soothing acoustic instruments.
This experience is designed to feel like gathering warmth before winter, a gentle moment to soften the breath, restore balance, and invite the nervous system into calm. The session closes slowly, giving you time to sip tea and ease back into the day at your own pace.
