The session will be hosted by Carol Christensen. With the option to pair your session with a sauna visit on the same day at Solitude Sauna. Combining sound therapy with heat exposure can further enhance relaxation, circulation, and recovery.
Availability for same-day sound bath and sauna sessions is limited, so advance booking is recommended.
