Start the new year by resetting your nervous system through the power of sound and frequency.
This deeply relaxing sound bath supports the body and mind to release the residue of the past year and gently recalibrate for the year ahead. Rather than forcing intentions, we work with frequency to restore balance first, allowing clarity, calm and focus to naturally emerge.
You’ll be guided into a meditative state and immersed in therapeutic sound designed to reduce stress, quiet the mind, improve sleep and support emotional and energetic reset.
Held by Guiomar of The Healing Temple alongside Shannon, a trained sound therapist, this session offers a safe and nurturing space for deep rest and integration.
WHAT TO BRING::
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything that helps you feel warm, supported and comfortable.
ARRIVALl: Please arrive at 5:20pm (not earlier, as the hall will be closed).
MOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
– People with sound-induced epilepsy
– Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
– Anyone experiencing acute mental health crisis
– Individuals who are highly sensitive to sound
