Gong and Sound Bath in a tranquil setting, The Utter BarnSound healing therapy is one of the top wellness trends at the moment. It has been practised for thousands of years to realign the body's vibration, improve mental stimulation and emotional wellbeing. It's been found that sound can be effective healers for not only mental and emotional issues but also physical ailments within the body.
Times:
Arrive by 18:45, which gives you the chance to settle in and get yourself comfortable. The session will start at 19:00, No Late Comers . Once the doors have closed we will not stop the session to let you in.

Provided:
We will provide you with a mat, bolster and a blanket
- Water provided
What to bring:
- Pillow and anything else to help you get cozy and comfortable
- Winter months, advisable to bring a extra blanket/sleeping bag
- a camping chair (optional if unable to lie down)

All genders are welcome and ages 16+.
Pregnant women please be advised to only attend once in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.
