Join us for a weekly journey into rest, recalibration, and reconnection. Yerbana’s Community Sound Bath Sundays are held inside the beautiful, acoustically designed Woodlawn Hall, creating the perfect container for a deeply immersive healing experience.

This is your invitation to step out of the noise and into stillness—supported by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Let your nervous system unwind and your body sink into deep relaxation. Each session is carefully curated to help release stored tension, regulate emotions, and foster clarity, presence, and inner peace.

Sound healing harnesses the power of vibration and frequency to restore balance to the body and mind. Research shows sound therapy can support everything from sleep quality and mood to heart rate variability and trauma processing. Many participants leave feeling lighter, more connected, and deeply restored.

Michelle is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 14 years of experience in emergency and pain medicine. Her passion for sound healing began with her own transformation and led her to train with The Sound Healing Academy and other world-renowned practitioners. Michelle blends the science of medicine with the spirit of energy healing to create safe, intentional spaces for deep transformation.
