Yoga Tree Sound Baths! The Last Sunday of EVERY month Guided by Jason Allen Carr!Your Sound Bath starts with a releasing of any conditioning, programming, stories, loops and attachments that no longer serve you. Jason will then guide you through a Yoga Nidra to center, calm and surrender your body and mind into a deep meditative state of presence. In your stillness the Sound Bath will start as you bathe in the raised Vibrations and Frequencies through the sounds of the Singing Bowls Chimes, and Gong. You will walk away from your Sound Bath like you’re walking on a cloud feeling high off the energies that you are!
