First Question : What is a sound bath SPA?
Sound and fragrance of flowers/seeds/roots/barks can be simple and powerful tool to enhance or magnify inner states of stillness They can help strengthen focus and also help cut through the mental chatter, and help us bring forth and experience coherent states of awareness such as joy, delight, or spaciousness. They can help ease, relax and soothe, and even sporadically induce a cathartic release of emotion. They are tools which has been used by monks, and spiritual practitioners, for thousands of years all around the world to invoke different inner states of stillness. They can be a valuable tool in learning to navigate experience, and utilize our mental faculties to experience inner happiness. In this session we will explore different sounds and smells of essential oils only as a tool; we will try not to overlook the simple faculties within us to ultimately experience inner happiness, joy, and tru healing, with or without sound.
In this session instead of focussing too much on sound and oils to directly heal us, let us find out what sounds and fragrances are more enjoyable than others and which ones bring us to deeper states of stillness.
We invite you to this whole mystical experience in an amazing outdoor / indoor settings of our studio where we offer you much needed space and time to pause, relax, go inwards as the experience may bring the spaciousness in the mind and body.

Each individual is welcomed to float in a silk hammock or lie on a yoga mat or sit so that the amazing sound vibrations of each instruments may "wash" over you.
Second Question : What is Sound Bath SPA Float™?
The sound bath will begin with signature Stillness Power® guided meditation to settle and relax you in the floating silk hammocks and then the sound, fragrance of pure essential oils and candlelit space all together will offer you an opportunity to explore inner stillness of the mind.
