After the success of our last event, we are super excited to bring back our Sound Bath Spa Day!
Lie back, relax and enjoy the soothing sounds and vibrations of a deep healing sound and music for the soul and feel your daily stresses and tension melt away...
Sound Bath Spa Day - Sunday 5th October - £125 per person includes:
🫧 Full use of Spa And Health Club facilities (10am-5pm)
🍓 Welcome refreshment on arrival
🥗 Two course lunch from our Birch Café
☁️ Fluffy robe and towel hire
💆🏼 Sound Bath session at 3pm (allow 75 mins), hosted by Becky of Grounded Peace
🧸 We recommend getting changed for this into something cosy!
Bring a blanket, socks, snuggly jumpers, eye pillows and anything else you'd like, to ensure you can make yourself as cosy and comfortable as possible during this experience.
Please note that this Spa Day is not suitable for people with epilepsy (specifically sound induced), pregnant, a pacemaker (or any other electronic fitted devices).
