The idea is to bathe participants in waves of sound to balance and unblock the body's energy centers, known as the chakras.There are seven main chakras in the body. To function at your highest physical and mental level, your chakras need to be open and balanced. If they are blocked or in discordance, you may experience physical or mental pain, depending on where the chakra is located and the parts of your body that are near that chakra.
WHAT HAPPEN ON SOUND BATH SESSION:
In a sound bath session, participants are lying down. First, guided meditation clears the mind and gets everyone centred. Next, sounds from the instruments are played in various frequencies to awaken and align the Solar Plexus Chakra. Gong, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls will be the main to be played. These vibrations can shift emotional, physical and mental energies.
You may feel tired, which is normal considering that a lot of energy was released and mended through this holistic activity. Drinking plenty water after sound bath is highly advised.

WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat, pillow, water and comfortable clothes, a blanket.
As blue is the colour of the Throat Chakra, simply wearing the shade can help activate it. Put on a blue dress, blue scarf, and watch how your energy shifts.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All genders are welcome and ages 16+.
Pregnant women please be advised to only attend once in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.
If you suffer from epilepsy and/or any serious mental health, please let me know prior to the session.
