Next sound bath is booked 💛As we reach autumn, we embrace the the darker nights and colder mornings. It’s at this time of year we start to reevaluate, looking at all aspects of our lives. It’s a time to let go of what no longer serves us, a season of transformation. Bringing balance back in to our lives. So we may be our most authentic selves, moving in a direction that allows us to shine from within.
Sound healing therapy can help with this process it uses different aspects of sound to improve your emotional and physical well-being.
For many sound baths are deeply relaxing, the body is prepared and propped accordingly. This allows you to completely let go and keeps the full awareness on to the sounds and vibrations.
The therapeutic nature of a sound bath relates to the body's response to sound, vibration and relaxation.
This month I am putting forward a practice of transformation. Expect sacred drumming, chants of power, crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls and more.
