What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. Through the use of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments, participants are guided into a state of deep relaxation, meditation, and healing.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
A pillow and an extra blanket for comfort
A bottle of water
An open heart and a curious mind
Who Can Attend?
