Slyboots, KB Percussion Adventures, and A Touch of Grace Healing Services have teamed up to bring you an immersive three-part Sound Bath Journey designed to help you rest, reset, and reconnect.Each session blends 25+ instruments—crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and warm rhythmic textures—into a soothing soundscape that melts away tension and invites deep relaxation.
The space will be softly lit and welcoming as you settle onto your mat, breathe deeply, and allow waves of sound to calm the nervous system and open the door to clarity, stillness, and renewal.
🌞 Family Morning Sound Bath
A gentle, kid-friendly introduction to sound healing—perfect for parents and children to unwind and explore together.
10:00–11:00 a.m.
🌙 Signature Evening Adult Sound Bath
A rich, immersive, restorative experience designed for deep relaxation.
6:00–7:30 p.m.
No experience necessary—just come as you are. Most participants lie on the floor, so please bring anything that helps you get comfortable: yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, water bottles, journals, etc. Zero-gravity chairs or recliners are welcome if space permits.
