Sound journey's are a great way to come back into balance. Deep listening combined with the vibrational patterns and rhythms of the crystal bowls and gong help to slow the brainwaves, connect with your senses and come back into presence. The soundscape will include a combination of crystal bowls, gong, didgeridoo, ocean drum, shruti box, my voice, and koshi chimes, infused with love and intention
Whether you're seeking stress relief, a meditative experience, or simply a break from the daily hustle, this Sound Bath event offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself and find an inner peace.
No prior experience is necessary, and all are welcome to attend. Come as you are, and let the power of sound guide you on a transformative journey.
