You'll be guided into a state of deep rest in the practice of Yoga Nidra ( sometimes called yogic sleep ) with the sounds of the ocean, forests, and jungles played through our surround sound system.
You'll stay in total relaxation while experiencing a live transmission sound bath with a range of instruments including gongs, chimes, crystal bowls, Celtic drums, and the ethereal sounds of the sensula.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided relaxation. Studies have shown that Nidra can increase our dopamine levels, which can help with the symptoms of depression.
Nidra with sound is the perfect blend of rest and regeneration as the sound vibration can produce a deep place of calm and homeostasis, this is a place where the body is so relaxed that our cells start to repair damage and our immune system is on top form.
Everyone is welcome to this, including complete beginners; no yoga experience is necessary.
Wear warm, comfortable clothes and bring a pillow with you.
We have lots of props for everyone, but if you have your own yoga mat and an extra cushion, you'll be even comfier.
