This is a full body-mind-spirit "tune up." The powerful and potent vibrations of crystal singing bowls balance your whole being, returning to its natural state of harmony. This will be an hour of stillness and reconnection, pajamas are welcome. The session will begin with guided meditation to quiet the mind and settling into stillness, followed by a sound journey for deep rest and relaxation. You will walk away feeling refreshed and renewed.
