About this Event
The Kind x Arnotts are delighted to bring you a grounding sound bath meditation session so you can set your intentions for the New Year. You'll walk away feeling grounded, completely relaxed and with a kinder mindset.
A sound bath is a form of meditation. Sound has the potential to lift our mood, excite, stimulate and relax our whole body. Sound triggers an emotional response within our body.
Each bowl has its own unique focus that helps to shape your sound experience. The tones produced are heard by the ear but also felt through the entire body with certain notes that correspond with different energy chakras energy points.

This event will take place in the Townhouse, on the Second Floor in Arnotts. Tickets include admittance to the event and some light refreshments and a goody bag from the Kind.

Rachel Lenny of @earthandpurposeyoga is an Irish registered yoga teacher with over 5 years of
teaching experience as an educator & facilitator of wellness. Over the last 10 years, she has trained in Sri Lanka, the UK, and Ireland.
