"Singing bowls" are an amazing tool to promote healing and well-being to the entire body. Everything in the universe responds to a constant vibrational state. Keli uses the bowls produce varying tones to promote wellness and deep relaxation. (You may bring a sketchbook if you desire to create or write during this time.)
